Rates begin at $500 per night with a minimum 2-night stay. Rates are subject to change based on season and availability.

Please review the availability calendar prior to submitting a request. Dates marked as booked are unavailable. All booking requests are subject to review and are confirmed only after approval and payment.

Up to 6 guests (3 bedrooms; pullout sofa available for flexibility).

Check-in: 11AM (self check-in instructions provided prior to arrival). Check-out: 2PM

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation, along with a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. 

Deposit required to secure booking; remaining balance due prior to arrival.

Cancellation terms are determined based on the timing of your booking and will be outlined at the time of confirmation. In general, cancellations made with adequate notice may be eligible for a refund, while reservations become non-refundable closer to the arrival date.

Rental complies with applicable NYC regulations; stays are for lawful residential use only. No smoking, no parties or events, and no unregistered guests. Pets are not permitted in this residence. This policy helps maintain a clean and well-maintained environment for all occupants.
